Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns & Exchanges

At Kahaani, every piece is produced in limited quantities with care and intention. Because of this, we keep our return policy simple.

Returns

• We do not offer refunds.
• Eligible returns will receive store credit only. Your store credit will only be available once you have subscribed with Kahaani.
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Store Credit will be issued once the items are received

Exchanges

• We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.
• If your requested size is unavailable, you'll receive store credit for the purchase amount.
• Store Credit will be issued once the items are received
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Replacement items will be shipped only after we have received and inspected the original item 

Final Sale

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Purchases made at pop-up shops, or in person vendor events. 
• Limited edition collections
• Artist collaborations
• Final Sale items

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If the error was ours, we'll replace the item at no cost to you, including shipping.

Normal wear and tear, damage caused after delivery, or damage resulting from improper washing or use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
